Refund and Returns Policy

At Hafiz Old & New Book Center, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns Eligibility

Returns or replacements are only accepted in the following cases:

  • Wrong book delivered
  • Damaged book received
  • Missing item in the order

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference.

Return Timeframe

  • Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

Condition of Items

  • Books must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Original packaging (if any) should be intact.

Refund Process

  • Once the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method or bank transfer.

Shipping Costs

  • In case of wrong or damaged items, return shipping will be handled by us.
  • If the issue is due to incorrect information provided by the customer, shipping costs will not be refundable.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Used books with clearly mentioned condition
  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Orders refused at delivery without valid reason

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
